We are looking for an experienced litigator who is interested in civil defense including representing Fortune 500 companies.
The ideal candidate is capable of independently working-up complex casualty cases for trial and representing clients in the courtroom as part of the trial team. This position is not relegated to answering discovery and writing briefs. We are seeking litigators looking to depose key witnesses, conduct direct and cross-examinations of witnesses at trial, and handle oral arguments of motions before the Court. If you are a strong litigator who enjoys closely collaborating with clients, developing creative solutions, and trying difficult cases, this position is for you.
