Team Cultivation and Leadership:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to agents, empowering them to excel.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

Agent Success and Efficiency:

• Implement performance metrics and objectives to drive agent success.
• Collaborate closely with agents to identify areas for improvement and offer constructive feedback.
• Leverage technology and tools to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.

Business Growth Initiatives:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven success as a Real Estate Team Leader or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-performing agents.
