Line Service Manager

Kubick Aviation Services is looking for a dynamic individual to be a Manager to our Line Service Technicians in the Gwinn, MI location. We are looking for someone with a history of experience in management and for the right candidate, we will train that person on the details of being a Line Service Technician in aviation. A history of management experience and a willingness to learn is a must! This position is a working manager position.

Duties:

* Fuel aircraft in accordance with ATA specifications
- Supervise/manage/ and work alongside a team of Line service technicians
- Oversee the daily operations of the FBO
- Tow and marshal aircraft and insure aircraft is chocked, locked, and secure.
- Top off fuel trucks and fill out proper fuel farm paperwork
- Operate ground support equipment

- Complete paperwork for audits, schedule Line Service staff, monitor training and that proper processes are followed.
- Ordering of fuel and monitor the completion of safety checks.
- Provide basic security to people and property.

- Previous experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn about aviation
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and focus on a team commitment
- Familiarity with logistics and management processes
