NOW Open Sanibel Island Beach Resort, our new Restaurant BRGR. We are looking hire experience Line Cooks to join our amazing team! Our mission is to provide creatively inspired hospitality that successfully achieves the best in Resort service but also delivers unforgettable experiences fueled by culture for our guests and local communities—always leaving people with surprise and delight.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and plated according to presentation guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
