```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling and safety, and possess a strong passion for culinary arts.

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements
- Ensure food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during meal service
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Wash dishes as needed

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation

- Basic knife skills for food preparation
