```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food quality by inspecting ingredients for freshness and proper storage - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or similar role in the food industry - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are passionate about cooking delicious meals and thrive in a dynamic restaurant setting, we invite you to apply for the position of Line Cook/Prep Cook.
