About the role:
You will be working with our kitchen team to prepare and execute a creative menu for Lunch and Dinner.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all mise en place is ready for daily service.
- Ensuring all food is prepared fresh and is of the highest quality
- Keeping all mise en place pars up to date
- Keeping inventory, ordering, and daily prep sheets up to date
- Upholding cleanliness and sanitary standards
This role reports to the Executive Chef.
About you:
You are comfortable working longer hours, nights, and/or weekends. You work well as part of a team and have impeccable organization and communication skills. You are proficient in basic knife skills and hold yourself accountable.
You have:
- At least 1 year of kitchen BOH experience
- A basic knowledge of knife work, plating, and cleaning
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
