Mont Clare Deli & Market is currently hiring a full-time Cook/Prep Cook. 35-40 hours a weekly, 1+ years experience required.
Responsibilities include: Cooking and presenting our dishes, while maintaining consistency with our standards and following all health code guidelines. Minimizing waste, helping control food costs. Maintaining positive customer relations, getting to know our regulars. Maintain communication with service staff and management, ensuring seamless service and exceeding guest expectations.
Must have the ability to work independently and keep work area clean and up to county code standards. Must be able to arrive on time for work, show up for all scheduled shifts and be available weekend days/weekends and holidays.
ServSafe is a plus. Must be a team player, NO egos.
Experience in a cafe/coffeeshop/deli environment is a plus! Pay depends on experience plus a portion of the credit card tips.
