Major Function: A prep cook/ dishwasher is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen as well as washing and stocking all service ware.
1. Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.

3. Washing of all Service ware
4.Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
5. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
6. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
7. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
8. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
9. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
10. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef or KitchenManager at any time
11. Maintain a clean, pleasant and professional image at all times while wearing proper uniform at all times.
12. Report to work at scheduled time
13. Complete any special cleaning projects as assigned
14. Clean up any breakage or accident immediately and inform Management
15. Maintain a “performance” attitude at all times
16. Communicate with chef and manager on any issues
17. Take ownership,do what is necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
18. Provide assistance to other employees to contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
