Pay: $21.75/Hour
Your Role:
As a Lift Truck Operator Level 3 you will be responsible for moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high volume production environment.
You will have the opportunity to:
Operate your assigned Lift Truck in a safe and effective manner in accordance with Plant Safety Rules, Good Manufacturing Practices, and standard work
Inspects assigned Lift Truck prior to each shift to ensure safe operation of the Lift Truck
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure department quality standards are maintained
Verifies items received by inspecting condition of items; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list and noting discrepancies
Ensure all documentation is completed for each daily shipment and variances reconciled with the help of the team lead and inventory department
Responsible for the accurate pulling of products within the facility and associated documentation
Working knowledge of RF scanners, specifically with loading, picking and unloading trucks
Experienced with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
Reconciles outbound pallet quality issues

We need you to have:
High school degree or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or as a forklift operator a plus
Ability to obtain a Lift Truck license through the plant licensing program
Able to complete basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated hands-on ability.
Passion for accuracy and precision.
Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
