Life Enrichment Assistance - Memory Care

Position Summary:

To assist the Life Enrichment coordinator in planning and implementing structured and unstructured activities while meeting residents needs for physical, cognitive, sensory, relational, social and spiritual activity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The following is an outline of responsibilities and not intended to be a comprehensive list.

• Lead daily group and individual activities.
• Encourage resident involvement.
• Maintain daily resident attendance records.
• Works collaboratively with other care staff.
• Participates in projects, in-services, or committees, as assigned.
• Must be self-motivated, show initiative and be able to think independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday and special occasion activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
