Position Summary:
To assist the Life Enrichment coordinator in planning and implementing structured and unstructured activities while meeting residents needs for physical, cognitive, sensory, relational, social and spiritual activity.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead daily group and individual activities.
- Encourage resident involvement.
- Maintain daily resident attendance records.
- Works collaboratively with other care staff.
- Participates in projects, in-services, or committees, as assigned.
- Must be self-motivated, show initiative and be able to think independently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday and special occasion activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
