Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand their unique insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations and Generate new business leads for life insurance.
- Educate individuals on Medicare coverage options, including the different plans, benefits, and enrollment periods.
- Assist clients with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documents and forms are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and provide them with the highest level of service.
Requirements
- Active Life and Health insurance license.
- Previous experience in insurance , specifically focused on Life and Health insurance, Medicare is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid remote work environment and utilizing remote communication and collaboration tools.
