You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. If the thought of coming to work every day and making a positive impact on our client’s lives excites you, start your application today.Responsibilities:• Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations• Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies• Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping• Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policiesQualifications:• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus• Previous Health Insurance or life insurance experience a plus• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite• Excellent verbal and written communication skills requiredAbout Company: Sagient’s mission is to provide financial security and peace of mind through our Insurance, LTC, Annuity, and Investment solutions.We act with integrity and humanity in all our interactions with our policy owners, business partners, and one another.
