We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Health Insurance Agent to join our team in the San Fernando Valley. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience with Covered California and are passionate about providing top-tier insurance solutions to clients.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (San Fernando Valley) Hybrid/Remote Options
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $65,000 base salary
- Potential for bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educating and assisting clients in selecting and enrolling in Health Insurance plans that align with their needs, mainly through the Covered California platform.
- Staying informed about the latest trends and Health Insurance policies and regulations changes.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective client acquisition and service enhancement strategies.
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Health Insurance Agent, preferably familiar with Covered California.
- Active Health Insurance License in the state of California.
- Strong understanding of Health Insurance policies and the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
