As valued members of our school health services program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students across multiple school districts in California, with plans for further expansion nationwide.

Your journey with us will be guided by a Credentialed School Nurse and Nurse Coach who will offer unwavering support and mentorship. You will be assigned to a school district to provide services remotely, engaging in various responsibilities, including:
- Managing 1:1 student and school district cases
- Communicating efficiently via phone calls, Zoom calls, emails, and text messages with colleagues, parents, and medical professionals
- Obtaining and interpreting MD orders and Visit Summaries
- Developing Health Care Plans for students
- Actively participating in School team meetings and presenting medical health information
- Following up on student cases
- Managing emails with multiple staff members and medical providers
- Creating impactful presentations and documents
- Receiving comprehensive first aid and specialized procedure training
- Providing expert consultation and maintaining thorough documentation
Throughout your tenure, you will have ample opportunities to learn and grow, as you'll have the privilege of shadowing and debriefing cases with experienced professionals. Additionally, you will be assigned various tasks and assignments, which will be diligently evaluated to ensure your continued professional development.
