SalaryCovenant Physician Partners is hiring a Full-time Registered Charge Nurse at Bay Area Endoscopy Center located in Castro Valley, CA 94546.
SHIFT: Monday - Friday. Scheduled hours will typically range between 6:30 AM - 3 PM.
Please note the compensation range for this position is: $50-69/hourly.
About the Opportunity
The ASC Charge Nurse will act as the nursing support for the Center Manager. This individual will be a working Charge RN who is the main point of contact for RNs at the ASC with regard to questions about patient care, scheduling, and other day-to-day responsibilities.
The ASC Charge Nurse performs the daily responsibilities of a Registered Nurse as well as providing supervision and guidance to the nursing staff. The Charge RN may act as a staff nurse in the event of staffing needs.
About the Candidate
Minimum Requirements:
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a perioperative setting or procedure healthcare, including demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique, working with anesthetized patients, and other clinical situations found in a surgical setting
- Active, unencumbered nursing license in the state of Arizona or a compact state
- Current BLS and ACLS or ability to obtain upon hire
- Endoscopy experience strongly preferred
- English / Korean bilingual required
