Role:
As a Licensed Therapist at Bowen Center, you bring your fiery passion for people to the forefront as you support patients on their total health journey from intake to graduation. You will provide quality therapeutic services to a diverse caseload Monday through Friday in an office setting and participate in extended care-team interdisciplinary processes. The integral role you will play as a Licensed Therapist includes assisting patients in rebuilding and reclaiming their lives!
Core Competencies:
Assessment: Continuously assess patients' needs and strengths, and document them accurately.
Goal Setting and Care Planning: Collaborate with patients to create individualized care plans using SMART goals and evidence-based interventions.
Competent Treatment: Deliver intentional, patient-focused care with respect, dignity, and appropriate boundaries.
Crisis Intervention: Efficiently plan for and respond to crises, providing stabilization and prevention strategies.
Quality: Produce work and documentation that adheres to policies, procedures, and patient needs, showcasing your dedication to delivering the highest quality care possible to patients.
Compensation:
Base pay is dependent on experience: $67,500-$82,500/year
