Evolution's Treatment Center is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group and individual settings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
- Licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with other professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental/substance abuse issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse/mental health issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
