Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator located in Miami, FL, with flexibility for ALL remote work. The Mortgage Loan Originator must be able to self source referral contacts and will be responsible for loan origination and working with clients to secure financing quickly and efficiently. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate the home buying process and refinance markets by guiding them to the best solutions for their individual needs. Prospecting and marketing for self generated deals make our Loan Originators the top earners in the business.
Qualifications
- Mortgage origination experience
- NMLS Licensed in CA, CO, FL or Texas
- Finance knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with current mortgage laws and regulations
- Ability to self generate business without company leads
