Are you an experienced Real Estate professional? Are you looking to enter the Real Estate industry for the first time? The Rafeh Group Realty is looking for both new and experienced Real Estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

New agents that join The Rafeh Group team are consistently closing 2-3 Real Estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. The Rafeh Group is partnered directly with Zillow which is the largest Real Estate marketplace in the world. The Rafeh Group agents receive Zillow Flex leads directly from Zillow when they join our team. We have plenty of leads if you are ready to do the work

We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days' time. The Rafeh Group covers continued education 5 days per week to ensure that our agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

2022 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our agents are consistently able to open 2-4 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities

• List and sell residential Real Estate.
• Show Properties to perspective buyers
• Go on listing appointments
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic Real Estate procedures
• Open houses opportunities
• Inbound and outbound leads
• Full time position only
• Must Have a Valid CA Real Estate License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,202.23 - $83,340.33 per year
