Job Summary:
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) to join their team as a Clinical Research Coordinator/LPNbased in Monroe, LA! This role involves managing clinical trials in collaboration with the investigative team. IV experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical trials following FDA requirements and GCP guidelines as per sponsor protocols.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain a comprehensive understanding of each clinical research study's protocols and procedures.
- Stay informed about study requirements and apply relevant regulations accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clinical research sponsors, CROs, monitors CRAs, IRBs, laboratories, and other research personnel.
- Advise Investigators and staff on necessary protocols and procedures for successful study implementation and completion.
- Promptly notify Investigators and monitors of any adverse events as per protocol.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation following ALCOA principles, including data entry, signature, and dating of necessary documents.
- Display flexibility by assuming additional responsibilities and working flexible hours as required.

Education and Experience:
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) license required; bachelor's degree preferred (consideration given to significant experience without a bachelor's).
- One year of Clinical Research experience is preferred.
- Clinical Research Coordinator certification (CCRC) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
- Additional language proficiency encouraged.
