Queens Waikiki Luau LLC, located in Waikiki, HI 96815, is a fantastic place where guests can dive into Polynesian culture through lively shows, delicious food, and warm hospitality.

Position Summary:

As a crucial part of our team, Event Staff members work together to make sure our luau events run smoothly. From getting things ready to serving guests, this role is all about creating a fun atmosphere and making unforgettable experiences.

Essential Job Functions:

• Move luau items around at specific times.
• Set up tables and chairs for events.
• Help with sound equipment (no experience needed).
• Welcome guests and help them with anything they need.
• Assist with serving food in a buffet style.
• Keep luau clean and organized, including cleaning up and taking out the trash.
• Report any issues right away (like too much drinking or unsafe conditions).
• Fill in where needed to keep the show running smoothly.
• Be here on time and attend regularly.

Requirements:

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Be customer-focused with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Work fast with self-motivation and good organization.
• Feel comfortable working in a small team.
• Be friendly and show aloha spirit to guests and coworkers.

Work Environment:

• Work outdoors in a tourist spot.
• Expect some noise.
• Work at the International Market Place, 1st floor in Queens Courtyard.

Schedule:

• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Additional Requirement:
