Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full time, 13 weeks contract position in New Lisbon, WI for a long-term care facility.

• The pay rate is $61 hr (local), weekly pay.
• Full time hours
• Hiring for shifts: (2:00pm - 10:00 pm) includes every other weekend.
• Contract extensions available

To do well in this role you should have your state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and one year of long term care experience.

• 1 year working in a long term facility (nursing home, skilled nursing facility)
• Active State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Dependable transportation
• Must be reliable
