Division: Insect Control Department
We are looking for an experienced pest control technician to join the Insect Control Department at our rapidly growing residential service company. The technician will be joining a results-driven organization and will be a contributing member of the team working in conjunction with the department manager.
After successful onboarding and participating in our paid training program, the candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring all their needs are met. The candidate will help our customers and the surrounding community remediate unwanted and invasive pest concerns.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas
- Handling and safely mixing pesticides per state and federal regulations
- The ability to walk customer's property while carrying equipment weight up to 40lbs
- Keep company vehicles clean and well-organized
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
- Explain service procedures to customers

Qualifications
- Licensed Applicator's Mandatory
- Position requirements: the ability to lift equipment up to 40lbs, carry, kneel, and bend for extended periods
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Valid Driver's license (clean record)
Additional Highlights
- Pay: $20 to $25 per hour based on experience
- Start Time: 7:00am | End Time: 3:30pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday; Saturday during peak season (April-October)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Pesticide Applicator's License (Required)
