Are you ready to make a meaningful impact with your compassionate care? Join our team at Catholic Medical Center (CMC) as a part - time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) on our Cardiac Medical Unit! We’re seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch care to our patients and their families.
Position Details:
This is a part-time, night-shift position where you will work two (2) 12-hour shifts per week. The hours are 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Embrace a rewarding schedule with weekend and holiday rotations, as well as the potential to support other areas when needed.
This position is bonus eligible!
Who You Are: As an LNA on our Cardiac Medical Unit, you play a vital role as part of our close-knit care team. Your commitment to delivering compassionate care and advocating for patients is integral to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
What You’ll Contribute:
Under the guidance of Registered Nurses, your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, mealtime support, performing vital signs checks, and checking blood sugars.
Additionally, you’ll lend a helping hand with transfers and ambulation, contributing to our patients' comfort and well-being.
There is also an opportunity for growth and train as a Cardiac Monitor Tech.
Your Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in the State of New Hampshire
- Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating electronic clinical documentation systems
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) (Note: If not AHA BLS certified, we’ll support you in obtaining certification within 21 days of hire)
- High School diploma or equivalent
