SalaryThe Baldwin is seeking part-time LNA's for Weekend Day, Evening, and Night shifts to join our team! Responsibilities will include performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living, reporting and recording observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated, providing daily documentation of resident care provided as required by facility policy and/or regulations, answers call lights promptly and courteously, provides care and services according to resident's care plan as outlined in medical record, and assist residents with medically necessary tests, procedures, as ordered by the physician. Candidates must display a genuine interest and compassion for the aging, possess openness in maintaining a multi-disciplinary team approach to care for the elderly, be able to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have a wiliness to learn and grow.
