Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) Nurse [Formerly Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Nurse] - Full TIme
As the Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) Nurse you will serve as the primary clinical contact for patients receiving Medication Assisted Recovery treatment from Greater Seacoast Community Health. Coordinates the care of patients being prescribed Suboxone, Sublocade and Vivitrol.

Job Duties
- In collaboration with the prescribing physician and behavioral health team, coordinates all aspects of patient care for MAR patients, including screening and intake, medication induction, and stabilization/ maintenance visits.
- Works with patients to reduce barriers to sustaining recovery. Meets with patients individually to assess barriers and develop treatment plan as well as assisting in development and management of patient self-management goals. Also supports the patient in improving access to health resources and social services.
- Supports the MAR and primary care teams in meeting Quality Improvement Goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: BSN preferred
- License: Current NH Nursing License required
- Experience: Experience with behavioral health and/or substance misuse preferred.
- Other: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Proficiency with computer skills required.
