Licensed Mental Health Therapist- Cash Only/No Insurance

Nourish & Move is a holistic health clinic in the heart of Mt. Lebanon, situated in the small but bustling Beverly Shops area. We are focused on treating the whole person and emphasize taking time with our clients to help them achieve their desired level of wellness. Our services include acupuncture, massage therapy, reflexology, Ayurveda, and yoga. We are looking to add a therapist/counselor to our staff in order to better address the Mental Health of our patients.

Qualifications:

• LPC, LMHC, or LCPC (Required)

• Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania

• Must carry liability insurance

• Strong knowledge and experience in therapy techniques and interventions

• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients of all ages and backgrounds

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans as needed

• Proficient in data collection and analysis for tracking client progress

• Must be able to take excellent SOAP notes

• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and the ability to apply findings to practice

• Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, other practitioners, and staff

Responsibilities:

• Create a great customer experience for your patients using excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude that makes customers feel welcome

• Ability to cross-sell other services to your clients (acupuncture, reflexology, Ayurveda) that will benefit both them and the studio

• Some handling of payment as well as scheduling/rescheduling patients as needed

• Detailed SOAP note taking in our EHR system

Benefits:

Pay: 65% commission to practitioner as a W-2 employee. Our rates will be $110 for a 60 minute session or $160 for a 90 minute session.
