Therapeutic Journeys Counseling Services is a small private practice located in O'Fallon, IL. We are hiring for full-time and part-time LCPC or LCSW Mental Health Therapists. Our goal is to provide excellent services to clients and fulfilling opportunities for staff to do work they are passionate about and to make a difference in our community. Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

· Provide Mental Health therapy to clients within the scope of training/experience/licensure

· Provide case management services as necessary and/or communicate with other healthcare providers involved to advocate for other services as needed

· Respond to client crises as necessary and make recommendations to keep the client safe and ensure all company safety measures are followed

· Complete progress notes, with signature, and other documentation to keep client’s record up to date and submit billing within 48 hours of the session time

· Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines of the profession as well as adhere to documentation and billing requirements of insurance companies

· Develop a rapport with clients in order to facilitate a healthy therapeutic relationship

· Maintain Continuing Education credits and all necessary requirements to keep licensure active.

· Demonstrate self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of position with limited supervision

Education/Experience Requirements:

· Masters in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Doctorate of Psychology required.

· Licensure for State of IL (LCPC or LCSW) required.

· Possess and demonstrate sound clinical and professional judgement.

· Must be able to use computer software, such as electronic health record and google docs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay Rate: $49,440.00 - $62,640.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
