    Kansas City Neuroplasticity Institute is looking for a fully or provisionally licensed Mental Health professional (unencumbered in the state of Missouri). We are looking for a clinician who offers a safe and comprehensive experience for clients needing our services and support. The right person would be: • Passionate about neuroscience and the piece it plays in our Mental Health and well-being • High desire and will put full effort into being trained in two different types of neurofeedback • Excited to lock arms with “no drama,” self-aware practitioners who have healthy work-life balance and grow together every day • Loves to work with kids, teens, adults, and families and isn’t afraid of challenging client cases • Is willing to go above and beyond for clients, ensuring the highest level of clinical care • Consistently pursues personal and professional growth by seeking to learn skills and modalities that best serve their clients Learn more about our team at www.kcnpi.com Responsibilities: • Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members • Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives • Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care • Provide crisis intervention as needed • Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary • Participate in clinical supervision and seek peer consultation as needed • Remain present and engaged through the duration of each client session • Remain knowledgeable of the latest methodologies to provide patients with the best possible care • Any other duties assigned by their supervisor Qualifications: • Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling social work, or a related field • Licensed in Missouri as a Mental Health professional • Strong critical thinking, communication, and listening skills • Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every patient Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly + monthly bonus
