As a Provisionally Licensed Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Healths new locally owned and operated clinic in St. Peters, Missouri, not only will you learn and grow, but you will share in our vision for improving and expanding access to quality Mental Healthcare and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

The Mental Health industry is full of barriers, and we have made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for our local communities. We are excited to hire graduates in our area to join us in our goal.
Our clinics are structured to remove many of the obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class Mental Health services. Ellie makes the clinicians experience a priority by offering excellent compensation, benefits, training with potential onsite supervision (outside supervision is also accepted), FT flexible scheduling, autonomy but also team support for us all to learn from each other, other opportunities for growth such as CEUs, and an incredibly inclusive environment. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more so you can focus on your development and helping the client achieve their goals.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluate Mental Health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Required Qualifications and willingness to grow in skills:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Required Qualifications and willingness to grow in skills:
- A Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Provisionally licensed Mental Health professional (MSW, MFT, LMHC, PLPC) valid in the state of Missouri.
- Training in completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Growing ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Growing ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Learning to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
