Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client
- Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients
- Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
- Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness
Salary:
- $90,000 to $100,000 per year (full time)
Requirements
Requirements:
· Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution
· Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
· Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
· Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
