We are seeking highly motivated and qualified LicensedMental Health Counselors for a full-time or part-time position. This position is Fully Remote and applicants must reside in Washington State. This position is only available to independently licensed LMHCs and is not available for associate level providers given Washington State regulations pertaining to supervisors needing to be onsite with associate level practitioners.
This role primarily involves providing individual therapy through Telehealth. At The Joy and Wellness Center, each provider works with the ages and clinical presentations that fit with their own preferences. Providers and clients work best with each other when there is goodness of fit. We have found that Telehealth works best with older teens and adults.

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Conducting thorough biopsychosocial history interviews.
- Formulating clinically appropriate DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
- Developing appropriate and collaborate treatment plans with therapy clients.
- Providing evidence-based treatment to therapy clients.
- Writing timely intake reports, progress notes, etc., using Electronic Health Records.
- Utilize outcome measures to track client progress.
- Participating in regular team meetings with other remote providers and/or staff.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree
- Independent Washington State License (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
- Must Reside in Washington State
- Training and experience implementing evidenced based practices
- Ability to write quality notes/intake reports
- Good time management skills
