Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' Mental Health concerns and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
- Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
- Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LMFT. LMHC. LICSW)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills essential when engaging remotely through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype
