```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with Mental Health conditions
- Assist in crisis management and intervention for patients experiencing behavioral health emergencies
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
```Experience```
- Minimum of [2] years of experience working in a Mental Health setting
- Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques and interventions
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and documentation standards
- Proficient in conducting child and family counseling sessions
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling using various therapeutic modalities
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required
- Valid certification or licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
