You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Conduct 30-40 minute video calls as part of our program.
- Engage with participants via our online dashboard, providing clinical support throughout the 12-week program.
- Monitor participant progress through 12-week program.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with team to enhance our therapeutic offerings.
- Cultivate a therapeutic milieu in accordance with Flowly's Mission and Philosophy, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.

- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or another relevant field.
- Hold a valid clinical therapy license issued by a state board (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent).
- Possess an individual NPI number.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, specializing in assisting the adult population with chronic pain, anxiety, and stress.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of Pain Reprocessing Theory, with PRT Certification considered advantageous.
- Completed training in mindfulness and CBT.
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week initially, with a drive to expand involvement.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to navigating change and uncertainty.
- Display cultural competency in fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Show clinical competence in delivering evidence-based care.
- Have proficiency with remote work tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Possess a desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection and webcam.
