Base salary of $50,000 - $70,000 + Commission Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Sell Personal Lines Insurance policies to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate insurance coverage.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and assisting with any policy changes or updates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with Insurance software & products.
- Ability to meet sales goals.
