```Duties```
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and make recommendations for additional or updated policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records
- Market insurance products and services to generate leads and expand the client base
- Conduct outside sales activities, including networking events, community outreach, and client visits
```Experience```
- Proven experience in customer service or sales administration roles
- Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Demonstrated ability to market insurance products effectively and generate leads
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
