Full Job Description
This is an Hourly rate + Commission sales position with a captive agency in the Toledo Metro area where your experience, knowledge and sales skills will be utilized to attract and sell new prospects. Our agency is a multi-location agency that offers both personal and commercial P&C policies in addition to life insurance and financial services. This is an “in office” and not a “remote work from home” opportunity, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. In this role you will not be asked to do any “cold calling” as leads are provided by our agency.
Job Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Property & Casualty Producer License (Life License a plus)
- Excellent communication skills & strong follow-up processes
- Strong sales closing skills
- Experience with a lead/client management system
- Able to work well in a “results oriented” team environment.
- Actively involved in your community and comfortable reaching out to your sphere of influence
- You enjoy and thrive in a salary + commission work environment.
