Opportunity Description
SimiTree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a growing an Outpatient Clinic in the Boston, MA area.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced with patients who have Serious Mental Illness.
• Experienced with co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Experienced with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT. Certification preferred.
• Substance Abuse Experience (SUD) preferred.

Requirements

• Two years of mental health therapy and counseling experience.

• Massachusetts licensed LICSW or LMHC required.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening, patient report building, and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations.
• Develop an individualized treatment plan using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
• Build relationships with a diverse set of patients.
• Work collaboratively with prescribers, clinicians, and families.
