Responsibilities:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Inspect tires for wear and damage
- Assist customers with tire selection and provide recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the service process
- Complete sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with tire installation and repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
