Requirements:

• Valid license as a Home Inspector in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience conducting residential property inspections.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
