SalaryWe are seeking a seasoned full-time state-licensed Home Inspector to join our fast growing team! We perform pre-purchase residential and commercial building inspections for the Central Florida area. We are looking for more coverage in the Lake County/Ocala area along with serving our normal Greater Orlando areas. We are looking for an experienced licensed Home Inspector (2+ years preferred).
This is NOT a 1099 position. We only hire W2 employees. Please do not apply if you are looking for part-time or 1099 work.

Responsibilities would include:
- Performing comprehensive and detailed inspections of buildings, including photos & thermal-imaging.
- Performing add-on services such as: water testing, termite inspections & pool inspections.
- Writing detailed reports on computer and/or smartphone.
- Communicate findings with client and/or realtors in a professional manner.
- Must be able to ascend and descend a ladder with a maximum load bearing capacity of 250 lbs.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must feel comfortable in confined spaces and elevated areas with a slope, i.e. roof tops or crawl spaces.
Inspector must have reliable transportation for driving to and from the job sites. Clean driving record and background check are a must. Previous education in construction is a plus! Drug free workplace. Candidate must be willing to get a little dirty at times while still remaining professional with extreme attention to detail. Training will be provided and will ensure the candidate is ready to perform home inspections to our standards.

Income is based off of percentage of the inspection fee.
