We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. Your expertise will help homebuyers make informed decisions and ensure the safety and quality of the homes they are considering.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and more.
- Evaluate the condition of homes and identify any defects or areas that require repairs or improvements.
- Document inspection findings in detailed reports, including photographs and descriptions of any issues discovered.
- Communicate inspection results to clients in a clear and professional manner, answering any questions they may have.
- Provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance based on your findings and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and advancements in home inspection techniques.

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in construction inspection or a related field.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and construction contracts.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
- Understanding of construction management principles.
- Ability to identify potential issues or defects during inspections.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $42,794.59 - $51,537.57 per year
