**Description:**

Charlotte Brow Bar & Aesthetics, a locally owned business established in the pandemic of 2021, is seeking an experienced and licensed aesthetician or cosmetologist to join our team. We take pride in providing high-quality services to a diverse range of clientele and have cultivated a space where both our clients and staff feel valued and appreciated.

As one of our team members prepares to head to the beach, we are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of services including custom brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lifting & tinting, facial waxing, full body waxing, facials, HydraFacial’s, Sugaring, and custom airbrush spray tans.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and services with precision and attention to detail.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.

- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve service offerings.

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

**Requirements:**

- North Carolina Esthetician or Cosmetology License.

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

**Hours:** 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday.
