Responsibilities

• Adhere to all documented facial and body treatment protocols and perform all treatments to the highest standards at all times
• Become a subject matter expert on all products and services to effectively execute protocols and advise clients on skin care options and best practices
• Treat each client with the highest level of care each and every visit
• Take appropriate steps to resolve client complaints
• Promote a positive, supportive and inclusive work environment; treating all fellow employees, leaders, vendors, partners, etc. with professionalism, courtesy and respect regardless of differing viewpoints, cultures, ethnicities, etc.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to ensure the highest levels of safety and sanitation
• Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals

Self-Management

• Comply with company regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook
• Comply with company grooming and uniform standards
• Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies
• Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development

Qualifications

• Valid NC esthetician’s license (dual massage therapist license a major plus!!)
• 3 years minimum of recent and continuous proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician
• Ability to demonstrate mastery in executing extensive and advanced facial massage techniques
• Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning and Morpheus 8 preferred
• Expert in skin care analysis and in-spa and at home treatment recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• High level of ethics
