Copper Well Retreat, located in west Little Rock, exists with a primary mission to care for people. Our secondary mission is to ignite holistic healing. Third, we are a day spa offering a retreat from the hustle-bustle world. The tools we use to care for people center around Ayurveda.

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Esthetician who has a passion for healing to join our family of professional, passionate and talented caregivers. We offer customized massage services that allow our therapists the freedom to create and design the right series of techniques and offerings for their client’s session. We are small enough to be dynamic, and are seeking a creative, charismatic professionals motivated to build a following based on superior services, integrity, and whole-being caregiving. Applicants do not need special certifications but should be willing to learn basic principles of Ayurveda.
