Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your well-established book of business to contribute to the growth of our esthetics department.
• Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser.
• Collaborate with our skilled team of surgeons to create personalized treatment plans for pre- and post-surgical skincare.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in esthetics to provide cutting-edge services to our discerning clientele.
• Educate all clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products to enhance and maintain results. Full skin consultations and plans are required.
• Goal setting and client tracking
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
• Familiar with ZO skincare products

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician/Cosmetology license in Arkansas
• Proven experience in advanced skincare treatments.
• Established clientele and a track record of client retention.
