IHEARU Mental Health is dedicated to delivering compassionate and inspired care that caters to the needs of older adults and their loved ones. IHEARU Mental Health is currently seeking License Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs) for immediate employment within Tarrant, Dallas, Collin, Ellis, Hood, Johnson, and Parker Counties.

IHEARU Mental Health will provide you with referrals/clients, you will provide care to clients and are compensated on a bi-weekly basis.
Our therapists provide psychotherapy for older adults primarily in independent living, assisted living and residential care communities.
To be successful, our therapists need to be capable of self-scheduling, conducting initial and ongoing evaluations, delivering individually focused therapies, encouraging family communication, producing timely, high-quality clinical documentation of client interactions and communicating and collaborating with individuals that participate in providing care to the clients.
All therapists will be provided with training on policies, procedures, and use of our electronic health records platform.
You set your own schedule. Flexible working hours with no nights, or weekends, unless you want to schedule them. Working hours are typically between 9-4, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Aid individuals with various mental health issues
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and client’s care team, when needed
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
• LCSW, LMHC, LMFT and Clinical Psychologist Texas is required.
• Ability to access our Electronic Health Records platform via the internet (computer)
Other Qualifications:
• Previous experience with older adults preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and other care providers.
