Position/Contractor Summary:
We are looking for highly skilled and personable mental health clinicians (psychologists, social workers, etc.) to join our existing team of Child, Adolescent and Adult, Family and Couples’ Therapists who specialize in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, PCIT, PMT and ERP to treat children, adolescents and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, disruptive behavior and ADHD.

Position/Contractor Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based individual and/or group treatment to children, adolescents and families utilizing primarily CBT-oriented modalites
Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and collateral providers from a “Growth Mindset”
Keep timely and accurate patient records
Complete billing log and session notes within 24 hours of service provision
Professional development opportunities within and outside of the organization through supervision and workshops
Position/Contractor Qualifications:
NY state licensure to practice psychotherapy (psychologist/social worker/licensed mental health professional) is required
Minimum of 2 years of work experience using evidence-based CBT interventions (CBT, PMT, ERP, PCIT) to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD and ADHD is required
PCIT certification is preferred
Experience with the ASD population is preferred
Malpractice insurance and NPI number
Solid time management, writing, organizational and interpersonal skills

Classification, Compensation & Benefits
Part-time, Hourly W-2 Employees (mandatory for any clinician that requires supervision, i.e.a LMSW completing supervision requirements towards LCSW):
Hourly rate of $120
Part-time, Hourly Independent Contractors (Fully Licensed, Independent Psychotherapists including but not limited to Psychologists, LCSW, LMHC):
Hourly rate of $120-200 depending on experience
